Anodizing
Services
Aluminum finishing for corrosion resistance and durability.
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing.
We offer post-anodizing RoHS compliant Dry Lube/Teflon/PTFE.

Chem Film Coating Services
Chemical conversion coatings for aluminum with no dimensional change.
Chem Film is a chemical conversion coating that is used to passivate aluminum. It protects aluminum substrates from corrosion and serves as a base for organic coatings while leaving dimensions unchanged.

Zinc Plating
Services
Corrosion-resistant coatings for steel components and threaded parts.
Zinc plating protects steel from corrosion. Zinc plating can also be used to improve adhesion of secondary paint operations. Threaded features benefit from zinc plating because of its anti-galling characteristics.

Black Oxide Coating Services
Conversion coatings for ferrous metals to reduce glare and improve appearance.
Black oxide is a conversion coating for ferrous materials. It is used to add mild corrosion resistance, for appearance and to minimize light reflection.

Passivation
Services
Stainless steel passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.
Passivation is a non-electrolytic process typically using nitric or citric acid which removes free iron from the surface and forms an inert, protective oxide layer that in turn renders the stainless steel more rust-resistance due to lack of iron to react with the atmosphere.

Electroless Nickel

Tin is an electrolytic plating process that deposits a layer of tin onto the substrate which provides a conductive and solderable finish. We offer tin plating on aluminum, steel, brass, bronze, and copper.

Barrel Plating
Services
Cost-effective high-volume barrel plating and passivation
Barrel plating is a cost-effective, high-volume electroplating method where small, durable parts (like fasteners, nuts, and bolts) are placed in a rotating, perforated container, allowing them to tumble while submerged in a plating solution. We offer clear and yellow zinc on our barrel plating line. We can also passivate stainless steel parts.
Our barrel is 14" x 42" and can handle up to 350lb of product.
